Abstract

The literary works have great importance in terms of language education. The literary studies in the field of anonym folk literature as well. Lullabies, idioms, proverbs, traditional Turkish poems are among the basic works which richen language education, facilitate the understanding. They have a crucial importance. Because, proverbs are one of significant components in the introduction of cultures and an awareness towards them. However, in recent years the use of proverbs are dealt with in language education and its importance has been understood. In this study, the effect and importance of proverbs, interaction of Bosnian and Turkish proverbs in the same context are evaluated. It is supported with Bosnian and Turkish proverb samples
