In this study, firstly we defined the concept of intrapreneurship then information about the requirements and dimensions of intrapreneurship, process of creating intrapreneursship, comparison of executives and intrapreneurship, motivation of intrapreneurship, differences of domestic and foreign entrepreneurs and intrapreneurship in SMEs.
